Classes At The Bakery
Join us behind the windows and into the bakery with our amazing team to learn the art and alchemy of sourdough. Each class is a hands-on, small-batch look at what makes an artisan loaf, from starters and fermentation to shaping, scoring, and the grains that give our loaves their character and flavor you love.
We hold classes monthly, with topics rotating throughout the year, and we welcome everyone. Whether you're baking your first loaf, curious about the grains that go into our bread, or somewhere in between, we’ll have a class for you. Check back as we expand our topics that will spark meaningful conversation around our food, the people that create it, and where it comes from.

Our classes
Sourdough Foundations
New to sourdough or looking for a refresher? Sourdough Foundations is a hands-on introduction to the whole process. You'll learn what your starter needs to thrive, how to mix and develop gluten by feel, and the shaping and scoring techniques that result in an open, airy loaf. This class is about building the foundation in an approachable manner while covering the essential equipment and ingredients already found in your kitchen.
