Our customers and valued Bread Share subscribers really are the bread-and-butter of our business. We can’t express how much we appreciate your support; your encouragement is the foundation upon which this business continues to thrive.
Opening for business soon
We’ve had many milestones along our journey, and perhaps none more notable than the one we’re excited to share with you today.
After an extensive search and months of finalizing details, I’m opening a boutique sourdough bakery in the Eagle Village Shops complex in Wayne! I’m excited to join so many wonderful businesses in this vibrant shopping area. Renovations and fit-out of the space will begin shortly and we expect to open for business in the spring of 2026.
A new hub for Wild Yeast
The new space will be a ‘hub’ for all things Wild Yeast Bakehouse. It will be a place to:
- find your favorite sourdough breads and sourdough-based treats,
- grab a slice and discover some new favorites,
- learn more about the process and benefits of sourdough,
- gather with friends to try your hand at making some bread,
- and more!
Importantly, the expansion will provide increased capacity to more efficiently serve our Bread Share customers, wholesale partners, and farmers market channels – none of this is changing!

Join our journey to launch
As you can imagine, there’s a great deal to do between now and the launch of the new bakery. We’ll be sharing our progress, answering your questions, and soliciting your input all along the way. You’ll see some of this in the coming weeks, but expect things to really pick up after the New Year.
